Private Venue Hire – Evening Sessions

Enjoy exclusive after-hours access to Newlands Cove Playcentre & Café for your next celebration or special event. Our private hire option gives you and your guests full use of the playcentre in a relaxed, private setting.

What’s Included

• Exclusive use of the playcentre for 2,3,4 and 5 hours, starting from 5:30pm
• Additional time available at $200 per extra hour
• For events with more than 100 guests, an additional $5 per person applies
• On-site staff present to support the event and ensure everything runs smoothly
• A range of catering options available — please enquire in store
• You’re welcome to decorate the centre to suit your event
• Access for set-up 15 minutes prior to the start time

Important Information

• If alcohol is to be served, it is the hirer’s responsibility to obtain any required liquor licence and comply with all licensing requirements
• If bringing your own food, guests are expected to assist with basic clean-up at the end of the event
• A $50 cleaning fee may apply if additional cleaning is required
• A $400 deposit is required to secure your booking
